Database or Lab Testing
The answer isn’t which method is better, but where in the Product Life Cycle you should use these tools. Nutrient information derived from a database is very practical during the initial stages and reformulation. Lab testing reduces labeling risk and provides tangible quality monitoring as well as ensuring regulatory compliance.
