Print- Method description
The samples are extracted into a solvent solution, a spike solution is then added. 200μL of the filtered solution is dried in a cuvette and then reconstituted in a solution containing the internal standards. Samples are then vortexed and transferred to HPLC autosampler vials and injected on the instrument (LC-MS-MS). Calibration standards are used for final quantitation.
