Method description

Sample are extracted by homogenization with acidic methanol. Separate aliquots of the extracted samples are diluted with 0.025 M KCl, pH 1.0 buffer or 0.4 M Sodium Acetate, pH 4.5 buffer. Absorbances are read at 520 and 700 nm to determine the anthocyanin concentration (in solution) in cyaniding-3-glucoside equivalents.

A few assays that we provide cannot be rushed due to the nature of the test. Please check the specific assay you are interested in regarding the ability to RUSH the turnaround time.
