Please provide estimates, especially for samples containing high or concentrated levels of beta glucan. Variations of the method are used for samples with high (>10% and <35%) or concentrated (>35% and <100%) levels of beta glucan.
This test is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited through A2LA, Certificate # 2769.01.
The method is specific for (1-3)(1-4)-beta-D glucan. Beta-glucan from mushroom or yeast requires method modifications, please call for availability.
