Method description

VIDAS UP Listeria is an enzyme-linked fluorescent immunoassay for the detection of Listeria using the ELFA technique (Enzyme Linked Fluorescent Assay). Confirmation services also available.

Based on a new phage recombinant protein technology, VIDAS Up Listeriais an automated qualitative test for the detection of Listeria in human food products and production environmental samples. Note that a percentage of all raw commodities may contain a low level of these organisms.
